District Resident Enrollment Information
District No. 7 residents can enroll their children anytime of the year during Board Office hours at 20629 Annapolis, Dearborn Heights, MI 48125. Our hours for registration are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.

District No. 7 requires residents to complete the following three (3) forms. These forms can be downloaded, printed and completed by hand. The forms are also available at the Board Office:

You will also need to bring the documents listed below to register.

    • Original Birth Certificate
    • Complete immunization records
    • Utility Bill & Mortgage Statement or Tax Bill (if you own your home)
    • Utility Bill & Rental Agreement ( if you are renting your home)
    • IEP Paperwork if your child receives special education services
    • Proof of Custody (Divorce or Guardianship)
    • Name and address of last school attended

School of Choice Registration
Dearborn Heights No. 7 has participated in Schools of Choice since the 96/97 school year. The number of openings is based on our enrollment and students are assigned to specific schools on the basis of residence, availability of space, and parent requests. District No. 7 is unable to provide transportation for students, but does offer parents Child Care programs.

Registration for 2008-09 School of Choice enrollment will run from April 21 to May 9, 2008. The enrollment office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 am till 3:30 pm. Wednesdays we accept enrollments from 7:30 am till 6:00 pm. Applications must be submitted at the Board of Education Office at 20629 Annapolis Street, Dearborn Heights, MI 48125.

The exact number of openings available for the 2008-09 school year will be announced after the Districts hosts Kindergarten Round-up on March 11. For more information call 313-278-1900 ext 200. We would welcome the opportunity to tell you more about our schools.
