District Resident Enrollment Information District No. 7 residents can enroll their children anytime of the year during Board Office hours at 20629 Annapolis, Dearborn Heights, MI 48125. Our hours for registration are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
District No. 7 requires residents to complete the following forms below. These forms can be downloaded, printed and completed by hand (requires Adobe Reader). The forms are also available at the Board Office:
Student Race & Ethnicity Form (required) *The U.S. Department of Education has implemented new standards for school districts to report student race and ethnicity. Your answers to the questions will be held strictly confidential and data will be used only in the aggregate.
You will also need to bring the documents listed below to register.
Original Birth Certificate
Complete immunization records
Name and address of last school attended
Utility Bill & Mortgage Statement or Tax Bill (if you own your home)
Utility Bill & Rental Agreement ( if you are renting your home)
Proof of Custody (Divorce or Guardianship)
IEP Paperwork if your child receives special education services

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
We will be open 8 am to 6 pm on the following dates:
August 11, 18, 25, September 1 and 8th.
School of Choice Enrollment Information Non-district families can join D7 through our School of Choice enrollment period. For the 2010-2011 school year, SOC registration dates are as follows:
