Our Superintendent

Mark Kleinhans, with 30+ years of experience, is a seasoned education professional joining D7. His diverse background includes roles as a Teacher, Coach, Building Administrator, and Policy Consultant, with 15 years as a Superintendent in various Michigan districts. Known for prioritizing academic achievement and school safety, Mark is recognized for fostering strong relationships with staff and the community. Colleagues consistently highlight his fairness, honesty, and approachability.

D7 is excited to offer a NO-COST summer program for students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade.
Students must be enrolled in the 2026-2027 School Year to attend.
