Vaccine Clinic
We will be having an immunization clinic on the following dates and times at Madison Early Learning Center. 4950 Madison Dearborn Heights Mi. 48125. Students must be up to date on immunizations to attend school in the fall.
Clinic dates will be held at Madison on the following dates.
August 19 9am-11am
August 21 1pm-3pm
August 23 9am-11am
September 3 9am-11am
September 4 1pm-3pm
